HARD DRIVE ISSUE ASAP FIX AS FOR CUSTOMER/CLIENT OF BUSINESS
Hi Dell Support,
I have a client of my company who uses a Dell laptop and the issue below shows on their screen. Beforehand it said 'Hard Drive not installed' with a triangle warning sign.

Dell SupportAssistant has detected a failing component on your system that requires immediate attention.
Validation Code: 98372
eMMC Drive - Short eMMC read test unsuccessful.

No fix can be done. Have to replace the harddisk. If you can unplug the current harddisk and put it into an external casing and see if still can read the data....then try to backup as much data as possible.
if the harddisk is encrypted..i dont think it works. you will see the harddisk as RAW
