hard drive question

i got a dell latitude laptop and the hard drive is getting ready to die on it and its still under warranty and i was just wonder wether the hard drive is a user replaceable part or is a tech needed?

Most hard drives are easy to replace yourself, what model do you have? I'll try to pull up the manual.
