HDD password
I entered into the BIOS-> SECURITY and i gave password to hard disk , now in every start up it ask the HDD PASSWORD before booting , how can i remove that the password ?
I tried to change but in BIOS the option is not accessible . i choose factory defaults too but it wont enable. in that field its showing HDD PASSWORD ,,, pleas ehelp me

Go back in and change the password to a blank (enter nothing into the field where "new password" is requested.

You need to enter the password in order to change the password. If you have lost your password, you'll need to contact Dell and provide proof of ownership in order to get help.
