help, please

I ran a system diagnostic got the following
 
0F00:0244 AND 0F00:1A44,
 
i think i need a new HD.  I cannot get into my computer to get my files, does anyone know how i can bypass the blue screen and get my stuff?  Tried safemode, same results

Buy a notebook to desktop drive cable or an external USB 2.0/firewire 2.5" drive enclosure, attach the drive to a working desktop or notebook and copy what you can. You may be able to retrieve some or all of your data depending on how far gone the drive is.

If the drive is totally unreadable (shows up as "unknown device" in setup), you'll need to decide whether spending several hundred-several thousand dollars on data recovery is worth it.
