HELP Please

Question

I have just recently purchased the Dell Dimension desktop. I am trying to burn a movie to my DVD burner, but it is not recognizing any of the disks that I am trying to use. I have DVD+RW, DVD-RW, DVD+R and DVD-R. Can anyone tell me which is the best DVD to purchase. Please!!!

Hi Predator First, I would like to thank you for your quick response to my question. The model of the the burner is TSSTcorpCDRWDVD TSH492C. I checked the properties on this and it stated that the device is working properly. I have tried LG disks, Memorex, and Verbatim, but no luck yet. Hi Counsellor,

The TSST TS-H492C is a CD-RW/DVD-ROM (Combo) Drive. That means it
can read DVD media but is not capable of writing to it. User's
