HOW DO I REINSTALL MY SONIC RECORD/NOW SOFTWARE.
TRIED TO BURN A CD. COULDN'T BECAUSE SOFTWARE ISN'T THERE. DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED. I'M TRYING TO TO REINSTALL MY SONIC RECORD/NOW SOFTWARE. BUT CAN'T. SAYS DISC ISN'T THERE WHAT AM I NOT DOING?

What system model and CD or DVD burner do you have? Are you sure Sonic was loaded?
