IDE hdd to S-ATA hdd
I have a Dimension 3000 Pentium 4, and I've been trying to exchange the IDE hard drive for the S-ATA hard drive. My Dimension motherboard doesn't have onboard S-ATA controller. So I went and got a SIIG serial ATA PCI card to hook my S-ATA hard drive up. When I boot up the pc, it recognizes my S-ATA controller and hard drive. But for some reason I can't get Windows to recoginize the S-ATA hard drive at the initial setup of windows. Please, let me know if there's a solution to this problem?

Once that's done you won't see the error any longer.
