Hi MFAISALQ,

Thank you for reaching out to Dell Community Forum.

Request you to contact Dell team for the Hard Drive password either via DellTechCenter in Facebook or @DellCaresPRO on Twitter and they will be able to provide you a Hard Drive password once the ownership of the system is confirmed.

Do reach back for any query.

Note: please don't mention the service tag or email id on the public forum as it contains your personal information

This is a two-part issue.

You will need to contact Dell support by voice phone and verify your ownership of the system.  They'll assist you in removing the password from the system CMOS.

That will not, however remove the password from the drive itself (it's also stored on the drive).  You then have a decision to make:

1. Once the CMOS password is removed, if you DO NOT need the data on the drive, the cheaper solution is to simply replace the hard drive.

2.  If you DO NEED the data on the drive, you'll need to send the drive to a recovery specialist that has the tools to remove the drive.  Unlocking just the drive should run $100-150 -- full data recovery will run a minimum of several hundred dollars more.
