iTunes does not recognize CD drive
Hello,
My iTunes cannot recognize my CD drive, so I am not able to import music into iTunes or populate my iPod.
Any assistance would be appreciated! Here are the results from the CD Diagnostic from iTunes:

Some Dell computers need an update to the ATA bus driver before iTunes recognizes CDs. If you have a Dell computer, check the Dell support website for details.
