Just bought this computer, need help installing game

Sorry if this isnt the right category but between hardware and cds, this seems more related to what im asking. I just got this computer and i am trying to install World of Warcraft on it. For some reason when i insert Disc 2 it freezes, i notice that it gets stuck on uploading the patch. Is this the game or the computer thats making this Install so frustrating

Probably the game, make sure you have all Microsoft Updates and try again

If you have Sonic RecordNow on your system, disable the DLA part and try again.

- Click the Start button
- Double-click on the My Computer icon
- In the My Computer window, right-click on the CD device then choose Properties
- On the CD Drive Properties screen, click on the DLA tab, then remove the checkmark from
  Enable DLA on your drives
- Click the OK button, then restart computer

I have the same problem with Battlefield 2. I couldn't install the game so I had to manually install it and that worked. I now can't install the special forces game because my pc won't go past "preparing to patch" when i insert the cd. . I called EA games and they can't figure out why my XPS 600 will not install games. I spent countless hours with dell support and got nowhere. They are telling me it's a software problem but when I was transferred to their tech guy, he couldn't figure it out either. I buy a $3000.00 + computer from dell and this is what happens. So now I am stuck as well.
