Looking for Driver Updates!

I have a SONYCDRWDVD CRX310S that needs to be updated and I'm having a hard time finding the updates. If you could point towards any website that may have the updates needed, it would be greatly appreciated.

By the way, I'm thinking it needs updating becuase there are yellow exclamations next to them in device manager and they work fine bu the programs aren't detecting a cd-rom or anything.

and I have a Dell XPS 410 with the stock cd/dvd rom drive.
