Missing drivers for Dell Vostro 3350

Question

Hello everyone,

I have just reinstalled my lap, but there are still missing drivers that I could not find them properly. So I need helps from you guys.

The missing drivers are SM Bus Controller and 2 of Unkown Device.

Here are values of the missing drivers details:

1. SM Bus Controller:

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C22&SUBSYS_04B21028&REV_05
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C22&SUBSYS_04B21028
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C22&CC_0C0500
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C22&CC_0C05

2. Unknown Device:

ACPI\SMO8800
*SMO8800

3. Unkown Device:

USB\VID_138A&PID_0011&REV_0078
USB\VID_138A&PID_0011

They are all missing drivers (code 28), not error installed drivers.

Hi hoangnguyrn,

You would need to install the Chipset and ST Microelectronics Free Fall Sensor Driver. Please enter your system service tag # on the link below, click on ‘Get drivers and downloads’, select the OS, then download the chipset drivers listed under chipset section and ST Microelectronics Free Fall Sensor Driver under System Utilities onto the system and install it.

Hello Ravi CH,

Thank you so much for your help, the first two missing drivers were fixed, but the last one is still missing, although I did exactly as you instructed. I set up all chipset drivers and the ST Microelectronics Free Fall Sensor Driver.

Please help me out of this. Thank you once again.

You would need to install the Finger Print Reader driver. Please enter your system service tag # on the link below, click on ‘Get drivers and downloads’, select the OS, then download the chipset Finger Print Reader driver listed under Security section onto the system and install it.

hi there

i have a dell vostro 3350 on windows 7, i have lost use of the CD/DVD drive it is no longer being picked up - i would like to reinstall the driver for this hardware function to work again but cannot find which driver to install - please can you send me the name of the driver and link to the download of the driver to restore cd /dvd drive - all other functions are fine / normal.
