missing ssd on new inspiron 24 7459 all-in-one

I just received my Inspiron 24 7459 all-in-one. It has installed a 1TB hard drive and a 32GB ssd. The ssd and hd both show up in bios but the ssd doesn't show up in mypc or disk management. I though that It might have been disabled somehow but I think it would still show up in disk management. Does anyone have any ideas

It's a cache drive - it will not show up as a separate drive under Windows.  It cannot be used for storage -- it's just a cache for the main hard drive (frequently accessed data is copied to it by the Intel storage management driver).

actually, it's part of a raid with the main HD, It's used as cache to help accelerate HD performance and to ensure date integrity. It can be seen in Intel's Rapid Storage Technology  application. So a couple of things to note here. Why doesn't DELL technical support know this. I called them to ask where is my SSD drive. I can't find it where I would normally look for a HD. We spent 2 days on and off the phone. End result is DELL is sending me a warranty replacement computer when they didn't need to. Something else why does DELL sales team flaunt this drive to the customer as an extra drive without clearly explaining how it is used so people don't think they are getting ripped of. Try searching the web for missing dell ssd and see how many people questioned DELL's integrity on this one just like I did. To be honest I am seriously doubting DELL tech support capabilities. Do I want a computer whose company's tech team  knows less than me. I have 30 days to send it back I only got it 4 days ago.
