modem not connecting
I have a Pentium® 4 Processor at 2.40GHz w/800MHz front side bus/ HT Technology and I keep getting a message that says my modem is not working. check the cables. Everything is hooked up fine. I am not sure why the modem is not working. We are on a router and cable for internet service. Other computers in the house are online but not this one. Any clues?

You should really post this in the Modem board for a better response.
