Modular HDD not recognized by My Computer
I have an Inspiron 8100,1.13,512,30Gb that I purchased an 80Gb Modular drive for. When I plug in the drive, it is recognized in bios,Norton System Works, and in the device manager list. However the drive does not show up in "My Computer" and is not accessable to NDD. I tried to fdisk, but I get a return msg. that says "fdisk is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file".
Any clues for me?
OS=Windows XP pro
