NEC DVD+R 1100A Firmware
I've been reading through previous posts but couldn't find the exact answer. Now, when most/all of the drives are coming with multi format (-R/+R), is there any firmware going to be available for NEC 1100A Drivers for DVD-R formats ?
Please suggest..thanx..

Hi Babs,
One of the Moderator`s and I believe it was Dell-Karell, confirmed in this conference a month or two ago that Dell will not release a firmware to convert the drive to dual format. Whether or there is a "hack" somewhere on the net or even it is possible I cannot say.
