NEC ND-1100a CD-r and R/W not working on drive
I have the NEC ND-1100a the DVD+rw/cd-rw only will burn DVD-r/w and wont burn cd-r/w. I have done the newest firmware update and it still doesnt work, can anyone help?

Hi Nick,
I am sure you meant DVD +RW media instead of "-RW", consider updating the burning software, Dell ships I believe Roxio`s version 5.1 or 5.2, currently 5.3x is available, try this then post back.
