need file dlbausd.dll?

start screen says to insert disc that is labeled dell in drive d to find file dlbausd.dll or windows may not work properly  searched everywhere but can't find file dlbausd.dll.

Ok, you've got two posts here but the same potential issue. You are getting an error code indicating a failing hard drive. This may also explain why you're getting this error about a missing file. If you are still under warranty, you should contact Dell about replacing your drive. You'll also want to ask for replacement XP and Dell Resource discs.

i have the resource cd which i've tried to use already
