Need replacemt combo drive
My combo drive is dead. It stopped reading DVD's last year and now it will no longer read CD's. The drive is a Samsung SN-324B CDRW/DVD.
I have tried periodically to find the problem with my drive over the last year and now I give up..the drive won. I don't want it fixed. I want it replaced.
Replacing seems to be as difficult as troubleshooting because I can find no vendor who lists the product and no information as to an alternate replacement model.
So does Dell sell replacemts or do I have to buy an externam drive :(
