Optical Drive Screws

Which of these are for the optical drive screws.The ones that hold the DVD/CD drive in.I have a Inspiron 620 desktop.

48480 2 SCREW..., 6-32X1/4", HX, THREAD FORMED..., ZINC PLATED STEEL..., TRI-PT

0U781 1 SCREW..., M3X5MM, HX, THREAD FORMED..., ZINC PLATED STEEL...

DU555 2 Screw, , M3X.5X5MM, Hexhead Phillips Head, Thread Formed Zinc Plated Steel

You would need to contact Dell Spare Parts, Phone:1-800-357-3355, Monday thru Friday 7am to 7pm CST.

You could try using Google to locate the screws.

Can I get these screws from the parts department.I know how to install but I need the 3 screws for the 2nd drive.

So is the (0U781 1 SCREW..., M3X5MM, HX, THREAD FORMED..., ZINC PLATED STEEL...) the silver screw for te dvd/cd drive?

Because tech support is sending me this:(48480  00001  SCREW...,6-32X1/4",HX,THREAD FORMED...,ZINC PLATED STEEL...,TRI-PT).But are these for the hard drive?

They are the same.
0U781 - Screw for Optical Drives, 6-32X1/ 4 IN., HX, Thread Formed, Zinc Plated Steel For Dell Computers, are shown here:
 
6-32X1/4" screws can be used for installing both the optical drives and hard drives.

So the screw will fit as a mounting screw.

I believe you will find the 'shoulder/mounting' screw is a DU555 2 Screw  M3X.5X5MM, Hexhead Phillips Head.

i know the 2 black screws but the silver one dont know which is the dell p/n.is this it:

I believe I already posted, it's a DU555 2 Screw  M3X.5X5MM, Hexhead Phillips Head.

Why cant dell find what this part is?Notice how the threads go half way up.This is for a DELL INSPRION 620.

I didnt give tech support a number.But support said he knew what my husband was talking about but hes sending hard drive screws instead.Husband just wants this screw?It holds thecd/dvd even.The silver screw holds the drive even without the silver screw the drive sits sideways.Heres a pic where the drive goes.

It has a picture of the mounting screw, the part #, where it can be purchased from @ $19.95, plus S&H.
