OS upgrade install
I tried to get help for this on the CD forum and was directed here.
The system is a Dimension 9100 using XP. I tried to update the OS from the Dell OS CD to correct some problems. The process moved along until the files were loaded and unpacked. At that point the message No CD rom came up and the process aborted. I have been stuck there for a couple of weeks and have been unable to find a solution through research. Help would be appreciated.

You might also run the CD diagnostics with the OS CD in the drive.
