Please Help with DVD!
I have problem with the DVD box, because is opening and closing, and I can't play any DVD's because this problem don't let me! I hope is something I can do. Thanks!

Hi Paulatina,
Go to Device Manager, select the drive in question and click Uninstall, shutdown, do not restart yet.
Open the case and reseat (unplug / replug) the flat gray IDE cable from the motherboard to the back of the drive.
Turn the system back on; did it help? If not, please list the name of your Dell system, name/model of the drive and have you scanned your system for virus and/or spyware issues lately?
