Question about RAID and Dimension 4300

Hi, Ive got a Dimension 4300 and i want to install WindowsXP on a RAID0, but it wont boot from it.
 
The raid card is configured and is set up right, but the bios wont see any sort of hard drive or wont let me select anything else to boot from, am i making sense here!?!?

Did you make the driver floppy for your RAID controller, and pause the XP install (F6) to insert it?

Indeed i did! but it will install, so the windows installer recognizes the raid, but the bios wont because it keeps asking me to try booting again, something like strike F1 to continue or F2 to enter setup

Basically, i need to know if a dimension 4300 can boot from raid?

If not as a standard option, then is there some kind of fix/patch i can download?
