Security 2009 - virus
The virus at an early stage is just popup warnings about security, or lack of, and it makes good programs misbehave.
I want to get rid of this virus without paying some security/antivrus company. Before I "formatC:" Is there any known fix for this virus? Does anyone know if Dell still provides what used to be called reinstall disks?

You can restore any Inspiron, XPS, Studio, etc., notebook to as-shipped - CTRL-F11 once at the Dell screen for XP; F8 before windows loads for Vista.
