Software doesn't see my CD burner
Hi,
Help !Help! I recently bought Pinnacle Instant Photo Album to make video CD with my digital photos. The program works great except it won't recognize my CD burner. "It says no disk writer can be found" I have installed, reinstalled, downloaded patches, etc. I have a Dell Dimension 2400 with a CD-Rom and a RW/DVD. I have burned other video CD's without problem. Can anyone help?

having the same problem to!
Just purchased dell 4700 and pinnacle instant photo albulm and witll not detect disc writter drive. have been in contact with pinnacle who advise me theys a problem with my pc drive. have e-mailed dell support and are awaiting reply?
