Thanks for the advice, actually in my experience, if I run chkdsk /p and it finds errors, then run it a second time, if the second run doesn't produce errors, we don't normally see that hard drive fail again, or at least not soon.
If the errors are still there the second time, I recommend replacing the drive, as was the case with this unit.
