Trouble reading drive

My C drive had Unmovable Boot Volume Error.  I went in an put in a new drive (now C).  I set up the old drive as F.  I've been unable to access the old drive.  I ran Widows Computer Management and it shows:
 
Disk 0:  Basic 279.45GB Online  (C:) 279.45 GB NTFS Healthy (system)
 
Disk 1:  Basic 149.01 GB Online  55MB FAT Healthy (EISA Configuration), (F:) 145.21 GB FAT Healthy (system),  3.75 GB FAT32 Healthy (unknown partition)
 
Disk 1 is the one I'm not able to access.  Does anyone have ideas why?  Does it have anything to do with the NTFS / FAT difference?

Please explain your objective. Do you need to access the data or do you just want to use the drive for extra space?
 
The old system partition should be the big one, but if disk management really says FAT, and not FAT32, then there is something wrong with the drive, and you should run the drive diagnostics.
