TS - H353B not recgonized by computer
Device manager:
Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)
I shut it down and restarted, uninstalled and re installed through device manager, Re seated connections, still same message in Device Manager. Is the drive shot?

Try this Article for Removing the UpperFilters and LowerFilters Values
with the Registry Editor here ...............

A system restore back 7 days took care of the problem.
