I am getting the error mewssage below when using CDs/DVDs - especially if they are Microsoft Applications....

 

Windows – No Disk

Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c

 

Are there any diagnostics that can be run to check the DVD drive?  How?

 

Have run Zone Alarm, no sign of any malware......
