XP Harddrive

Am going to upgrade my 40GB Hard drive running win98se to 160GB that will be running WinXP. Any suggestions as to how I can transfer my data ie outlook addresses, saved email, documents and settings.

You can save your files and settings with XP Files and Settings Transfer (FAST) wizard.  Create an image of them and save to cd or other removable media.  This is a good guide to using the FAST wizard. Just be sure you have an up-to-date antivirus before you re-instate them!
