Dell Support Assist Optimization not working
I just bought a Laptop Inspiron 5559 and I updated/checked the drivers using DELL Assist which works fine but when I tried the Optimization, it does not work, when I click run nothing will happen
I called the Support and they spent more than 4 hours uninstalling/installing/uninstalling/installing , they even created a test account but nothing works.
I asked them if they can replace or should I return the laptop because its only less than a week but they said nothing is wrong with the hardware its a software issue, but if it doesnt work properly I should be able to return or replacement?

Hello bhoy_bhuraot,
Apologies for the issues you are having with Support Assist Optimization.
Did you purchase the system through a reseller or directly from Dell? Can you send me your system service tag in a Private Message here in the forum? I will look at your warranty. The reason is that you mention you just purchased your system. The system shipped in 2015. Also, the Dell Support Assist Optimization section only works with an active warranty. Thanks!
