Dell SupportAssist not responding
I have a Dell Inspiron 5570.
Earlier today, i ran SupportAssist to optimize my laptop and then after an hour I opened it again then suddenly it's stuck at loading until it says "not responding"
Help please.

Hi, I have Dell 5000 series laptop.
Recently I downloaded Dell SupportAssist and tried to install it, but the download and install process got stuck in between. The process is not getting forward and the window shows "Downloading and installing SupportAssist Start-up files". Team please help me out.
Below I am sharing the screenshot of the same. Team please help me out.

Unfortunately I am running 3.4.0 version on my brand new Latitude 7300, the image now has correct/proper name, but Loading screen still persists... Tried every solution I've found, but nothing seems to solve it.

Hello, could you please confirm if you have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Support Assist? If yes, does it make any difference?

I have recently had issues with dell support assist not starting up fully and so I uninstalled it. When I try to download again from the dell site it says I already have it. I am not very computer savy but read that added steps may be needed to really remove all of it from my computer so a reinstall will work but dont know what to do. any suggestions are appreciated. Thank You!
