DellSupportAssistRemedationService.exe makes my pc crash

Hello,

Its been 2 week since i had this issue, i just reset the pc to factory settings via supportassist os recovery, but the problem still persist, here is the event viewer log:

it even makes my PC crash, i already tried;

- sfc scan

- DISM

- preboot advanced hardware testing via supportassist os recovery

- reset windows to factory settings via supportassist os recovery

everything working great, i can run supportassist BUT downloading driver always error but the rest of the feature is working perfectly fine.

1. should i reinstall supportassist? 

2. if i uninstall supportassist will i still be able to access supportassist os recovery on preboot?

3. where i can find the alienware one?, the only available is the dell supportassist not the alienware one.
