Insufficient Admin Privileges when using Remote Desktop
I've noticed that if attempting to use the Supportassist software when logged in as an admin, but connected via RDC, the application hangs for a long period and eventually warns me that states "Not all features are enabled..." Reinstalling the application had no impact on the issue, but using another remote application (Dameware) to connect allowed me to run Softwareassist with full admin privileges (it also launched in seconds vs minutes). Running the latest version (3.2.1.94). Just sharing in case anyone else comes across this issue.

Yep same issue here, quite annoying. Also what's wierd is like it popped up earlier stating 5 updates available so I wanted to check it, so since I was in RDP I couldn't so just used the Dell site and it shows only 2 updates, the same Intel graphics driver and Intel chipset driver that won't ever install.
