Nothing gets reported to the PC Recommandations section

Hi,

I've deployed Dell SupportAssist for Business PCs (v2.1.4.135) on 3 computers.

Those computers are reporting correctly in the Manage Assets section (https://techdirect.dell.com/portal/SupportAssistAssets.aspx?action=manageDevices) but nothing gets reported in the PC Recommendations section (https://techdirect.dell.com/portal/SupportAssistAssets.aspx?action=pcRecommendation). Even if I manually launch an Hardware scan on the computer nothing gets reported to the central console.

I've also did a connectivity test and everything seems ok.
C:\Program Files\Dell\SupportAssistBusinessClient\bin>SupportAssistConnectivity.exe TestConnectivity
Connection successful.

All the 3 computers are Latitude laptop with valid ProSupport contract.

How can I troubleshoot this issue?

You have to communicate this with your pro support contacts.

Hi,

The support told me that this issue has been raised to the internal team and they will fix it soon.
