Printing Issues!!

Hi all,

We recently bought this computer for office work but having a hard time when it comes to printing off documents (.pdf, .dcx or any format for that matter) as it prints everything off in landscape and in booklet format. 

Having being a network security university student I know my way around a computer so this is an issue which isn't a straightforward fix. I have checked the printer preferences, download the diagnostic kit from Brother printers, and updated the computers drivers yet to no avail.

So when I updated the drivers it initially printed correctly and filled the A4 paper in portrait, but it shortly after reverted into landscape booklet mode. I have thoroughly gone through settings, just need someone who is more Dell aware than myself.
