Problems with latest version 3.1.0.142

I just updated to SA 3.1.0.142 by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the Home screen, selecting 'About SupportAssist'  and clicking on the Update link.  SA recognizes that I have a non-vPro Latitude E5530 laptop (it says this to the left of my service tag number at the top of the Home screen), but the Get Drivers and Downloads lists a BIOS update for a vPro machine.  It also recommends a driver that has long ago been replaced by a newer version.  SA has done this for the past three versions and the newest version is no different. In past versions, History would report the results every time I checked Get Drivers and Downloads.  But this new version doesn’t even check for new drivers and downloads.  Instead, the screen is stuck on the past erroneous recommendations. (I once tried to install this recommended BIOS update and the recommended driver, but thankfully they were recognized as inappropriate and so cancelled.)  So, given that the Get Drivers and Downloads recommendation screen will not ever change, I will NEVER get any notices about new drivers and downloads.  So, essentially, SA is useless because the developers have never recognized and probably will never recognize that SA is making the wrong recommendations for driver and BIOS updates.  Now that it comes up with the wrong recommendations, it keeps on staying that way, no matter how new the version.

Yeah, it is still not working correctly. It finally times out at 'We're still working on it' Opti 5250AIO up to date with MS patches
