Recent update of DDM2 also installed Dell Tech Hub and other software
I only have monitors that are dell. Nothing else on my system are dell components.
Recently I was going to reinstall DellDisplayManger, but when downloading the software by going to my profile and one of my two displays that I have registered with serial number to my account there is a different software. Dell Display and Peripheral Manager. At first I didn't notice downloading the file and installing it, but when I opened it, not only did it not recognize my displays rendering it useless. I uninstalled the software and managed to find the old Dell Display Manager to download somewhere on the website, right away I got prompted to updated to v2.3.2.23, which I did. Shortly after it prompted me to download and install a new "version" of ddm for most importantly, security reasons. I denied it and turned off auto-update which has worked fine.
However, today I stumbled across some 6-7 various dell processes running. Dell TechHub, Dell Core services among others. I went ahead and uninstalled Dell Core services as that was the only software other than ddm which had an uninstall file.
This forced ddm to stop, but it also removed all the extra dell services. DDM was just to start as normal again, and it runs fine without the other processes.
I also googled Dell.TechHub.exe. It is digitally signed, but apparently, this software has the ability to record keyboard and mouse inputs. To what purpose, I have no idea. Maybe it's required in order to make the KVM option work? Something I opted not to install from any of the files I downloaded. So, the question still remains.
What I would want to know is why are all these processes and services installed without my knowledge? It's most likely hidden somewhere in the wall of text you have to accept to install any of the software At least that would be my guess, as nowhere during any of the installations processes did I see a prompt or obvious information during the installation process to install the other components. If they got installed with new software dell display and peripheral manager, they sure did not get uninstalled when uninstalling ddmp. I have never seen the processes after having installed the standard ddm2 software. I can only see it being installed with ddmp, but why would they not get uninstalled at the same time as uninstalling ddmp?

Have found a few more alarming things about the software that got installed without my knowledge.
As mentioned in the main post, I uninstalled Dell Core Services which also removed everything else, except for DDM2.
What I wonder however are all the files left in %SystemRoot%\ProgramData\Dell
The AWCC.SubAgent folder is most likely something to do with Alienware Command Center and is empty. Which in itself, deserves a post for itself (the endless prompting to install awcc because i have a AW3423DWF, when DDM2 works better and awcc is not arequired to fully utilize the monitor I really don't understand why it needs to be forced upon us users).
Most of the other folders contain logs showing the vast number of commands these processes were executing constantly. I'm no tech or IT expert, but there are commands containing things like RemoteClientPI, System.Threading, "Created a proxy instance for class DataStorePlugin", "Datastore: [D] C:\ProgramData\Dell\DTP\DB" which leads to a folder that you need to have administrator user privileges to open; it contains the file DTPDB.DB which is around 58mb in size currently.
Why are these files created? Why were all these applications installed, what are their purpose? Can I remove the entire folder %SystemRoot%\ProgramData\Dell as well as the other folder in ProgramData; Dell.UserMode (it only contains files which has something to do with AWCC which I don't have installed anyway, the folders and log files might have been created that one time it started auto installing before i fully disabled the feature to install drivers with windows updates, as the last modified date correlates with when that happened).
Thank you.

Dell TechHub is causing my system to not sleep and not allow my monitor to shut off. It was installed automatically with my Alienware Monitor.
