Support Assistant Stuck on 'Loading Optimization Tools'

Question

Hello everyone. I am having some struggles with Support Assist. I have followed the Uninstall/Reinstall Support Assist document and have looked over the forums and the last response I can find much of an answer to was from when the most recent support assist was 3.5.For context, I am currently on 3.8.1 Support Assist and I get a spinning white circle on the black background saying:'Loading PC optimization tools...' and it goes no further.I am wondering if anyone has any ideas?   This is an Alienware M15.
