For those of us who like to understand how things work and try to fix them ourselves we look forward to your posting information here. Yes, I am under warranty on two of the four Dell computers I currently own, and will be adding Dell computer/devices to replace the HP & HPE devices with their break-up and changes in Aurba support which is terrible. Dell is my new favorite, but we knowledgeable users need information that we can use.
Why will dell not answer this question in the forum? Why must they keep it secret in a private chat? I would like an answer to the same issues. When running SupportAssist 3.1.1.4.29 I cannot run the Updates & Downloads. Keep getting an error that Dell.D3.HSA.Server.dll is not available.
For months owning my XPS 15, I encountered issues with the machine randomly locking up during use and waking from sleep. If you are having these issues, check the following:
Open the system logs in control panel
Navigate to the logs at Event Viewer (Local) > Applications and Services Logs > Dell
Check for information logs that contain the phrase “Dell Digital Delivery : System.BadImageFormatException: Could not load file for assembly ‘Dell.D3.HSA.Server.all’ or one of its dependencies”
If you have this log and it appears as the last log before your system becomes irresponsive, then this solution will work for you.
Uninstall Dell Digital Delivery through Programs and Features in the Control Panel
Repairing this file using the Dell D3 repair tool will not work, and reinstalling it after deletion will cause the issue to return.

Sadly Reddit forum r/Dell has a better response. https://www.reddit.com/r/Dell/comments/c8ewqf/is_your_xps_15_9570_locking_up_randomly_andor_not/
