SupportAssist Installation issue in WIndows 11

Hi Everyone,

I am stuck with some serious issue with my supportAssist,

When I try to uninstall it using Control Panel Remove Apps, it's not working, It says something like "program doesn't exist on specified path, Kindly locate". Dont know Why is it coming there if it is not installed.

And I am not even able to install it. I have tried like over 100 times and it always says that "installation failed, reboot and try again".

After some recent update which was pushed on my laptop automatically, my screen goes black for a second and I see loading icon often times. This is the reason I wanted to try resolving this with Dell SupportAssist but of no use. :'(.

I tried deleting SupportAssist data from Program data folder as well. Not able to delete ProgramFiles/Dell/SupportAssistAgent though.

Please help urgently.

Thankyou

Hi @sidsharm2 welcome to this free user-to-user Alienware laptop discussion forum. Please try Dell SupportAssist Clean Reinstall (Official Dell Tech Support) - YouTube.

Revo Uninstaller Free will remove the Dell SupportAssist application and its advanced scan will remove multiple files, folders, and/or Registry entries left on your system, then Restart (not Shut Down) to save this change to the operating system. Download Revo Uninstaller Free - Remove unwanted programs easily.
