SupportAssist won't install on my computer
OptiPlex Small Form Factor Plus 7010
I have issues installing SupportAssist on my computer. When I try to install using the install link which I will attach nothing happens and the Dell logo doesn't come up saying that it is installing. Please advise what to do to resolve the issue so that it can install? https://downloads.dell.com/serviceability/catalog/SupportAssistinstaller.exe.

Follow the uninstallation information here to remove support assist. Once that is completed you can install support assist.
To receive assistance from Dell chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them. Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. If already out of warranty, click here for the Dell out of warranty offering.
