Taking forever to install

These Dell Updates are giving me crazy!? I've had to install some things a different way because the usual way almost always fails with mine and now this latest one is taking forever to install. I have a feeling that even if I leave it alone all day it STILL won't be complete. I tried to get installed the other way but it says that the app I'm trying to install isn't a Microsoft-verified app. Dell Update is also not working right since like I stated earlier, the installing failed as it often does. I can't take it anymore! What should I do? Should I leave them alone or figure something out to get them installed?

11/24 = The applications take time to synchronize with the system and the server. You can ignore the updates as of now. I'm following up with you to make sure you were able to install all the updates and if the system is working fine.
