PS: it is now working. Having reinstalled SupportAssist and done a restart - it wasn't working. I then did a manual check for Windows updates which installed ‘2022-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based systems (KB5021255)' and it then worked. I'm not sure if that's just coincidence but all seems well.
Method 1: Rename the New-Dell-Logo-White-Small File. Method 2: Update to the Latest Windows System. Method 3: Reinstall Dell SupportAssist. Method 4: Check for Virus or Malware.
