Windows Security Full Scan

Hi, I appreciate any help anyone can offer. I am not very fluent in the use of computers, but I can manage. Thanks in advance. I am concerned that there are some strange things happening with my computer, I believe that these issues may stem from using a wi-fi that my landlord may be mining for information. My question is: I ran a full security scan using the windows app and it seemed to shut down early and left me with a screen that said:

Can you please tell me what this means?

Also, how can I tell if my landlord is intercepting information between my computer through his wifi router? Or, what can I do to make my computer safe from any such intrusion?

And on the more paranoid side, how can I tell if there is a keylogger program on my computer.
