config lock.Need help

Hi,

When ever I am performing  config changes,even if it completes successfully one lock remains in symm.Below are the error and lock info.

C:\Program Files\EMC\SYMCLI\bin>symmask -sid xxxx refresh

The operation failed because another process has an exclusive lock on the local  Symmetrix

C:\Program Files\EMC\SYMCLI\bin>symcfg -sid xxxx list -lockn all

Symmetrix ID: 000190101384
