migrating Windows server with dynamic disk from DMX 4 to VMAX
Hi
I am going to migrate some windows servers with dynamic disks from DMX 4 to VMAX storage, iam going to migrate them with Open Replicator, the question here is:
is there any issue with the dynamic disks in the target, i mean, after the migration, iam going to mask the devices to the new host in the target site, but i am not sure if the windows guy can recreate the dynamic units without disruption or data loss.

as long as you all component LUNs that comprise that LUN there is not to recreate, he/she might need to re-import it in Disk Administrator.
