Procedure Generator Partner

Solve desktop download in search.

Tried both Solve desktop and support.emc.com both points to powerlink wich no longer exists.

I hav e already downloaded and installed solve desktop. My issue is regarding the symmetrix procedure generator for Partner.

Both the solve dektop and the support.emc.com when i try to download the procedure generator for partners redirect me to a powerlink site which does not exist anymore.

Hello! Did you get the procedure generator for partners / Symmetrix products? I have the same problem, I have a FCO on a vmax and I don't find the right procedure generator.

Nope. still no Partner procedure generator. Hope you'll be luckier than me.

For Symmetrix, it is under VMAX All Flash, VMAX3 Family, VMAX, and DMX Generator. You will need to download it first.

SolVe Desktop has replaced ALL procedure generators -- for Partners, EMC Internal, and Customers.

After you download SolVe Desktop, authenticate and you will have access to the generators.

Our problem is that under the VMAX menu it's only appearing the customer procedures, despite the fact that we are authorized as  partner. In my company we are 2 people certified for Symmetrix and both we have this problem with SolveDesktop.
