It is not IMBL, it is IMPL (Initial Memory Program Load)
hope Question regarding symmetrix Bin files will be helpful for you.

That IMBL (i.e. IMPL) will have the configuration how you want configure your array directors, memory, disks and etc….
It can be handled with symmwin only.
