The version of VNC for the DMX800 SP connection does expect to see the DMX800 VNC server. If you do not have a connection to the DMX800 SP the VNC program opens and closes a DOS/CLI window and that is all you see. If you have the connection to the SP then you should get a login window after the DOS/CLI window closes.

Yes, this is VNC software.
IP is 192.168.148.3
My firewall is off.
When I double click this program, it is open and close very quick.

Hi Hoa,
Your description of the operation of this version of VNC sounds correct. What it expects is for a specific IP address and VNC host to respond.
I am not sure if it would route to this address. You might also check security setting's on your PC.
I would suggest you contact you local EMC support for further information.

Hi Hoa,
Yes the program does open and close a window. What the program is looking for is the VNC server which should then prompt a login.
You need to look at the network connectivity and to see if VNC server is running.
